After the October 23rd Early Guidance Design Review on the Kenney proposed redevelopment, there were still many questions on the part of neighbors about both the details of the proposed redevelopment, and how the project will proceed through the city's processes (design review, master use permit, contract rezone, etc). The Morgan Community Association (MoCA) and the Fauntleroy Community Association (FCA) are both committed to engaging their respective communities so that neighbors can be informed and participate. Consequently, we have set aside a night prior to a second Early Guidance Design Review meeting to talk about this.
